It has new appliances, new paint, new carpet, new tile, new lights, new fans, new sinks.... new, new, new! Wow! Forth, this unit is a second floor corner unit! It gets great breezes in the winter because it is upstairs! There is an elevator, so don't worry about the steps. There are no neighbors above you either. Fifth, this unit is fully furnished.
